Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Buyers are responsible for returning any items in original packaging and in new condition, within 30 days of delivery. You will be refunded for price you paid for the item you want to return (excluding shipping costs) and less a $7 restocking fee for T-shirts, $9 restocking fee for longsleeves, and $15 restocking fee for Hoodies.  We can only offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective orders because each of the item is custom made just for you.  

We would like our customers to be satisfied with every shirt they order, however we cannot be held accountable for customer mistakes on orders as we are a custom order shop.

Please keep in mind, the images can look brighter on computer screens and can print differently depending on the shirt color. We do not guarantee an exact color match, especially if the shirt color has been changed.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will be happy to send out a replacement for it. We can only offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective orders because all shirts are made to order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Where/when to expect your refund?

All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally paid with (Accepted payment methods include; Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express). If we're unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you'll be refunded in US dollars (USD) . We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
